From website to compounding organic growth
This guide covers the complete rankpeak workflow and the controls available to workspace owners, admins, editors, and viewers.
1. Connect your website
Create a website during onboarding or from Settings. Add the public website URL and sitemap so rankpeak can understand your existing content and avoid duplicate topics.
2. Configure your strategy
Describe your business, audience, offer, writing guidance, target country, language, publishing cadence, and image style. These settings are applied to every generated article.
3. Research and schedule keywords
Open Keywords to generate an opportunity-ranked keyword universe. Star important terms or schedule them directly. Calendar shows queued, generating, ready, published, and failed work.
4. Review and publish articles
Open any article to edit Markdown, ask the AI editor for a focused revision, regenerate its illustration, choose publishing destinations, and publish immediately or automatically.
5. Connect a CMS
Integrations supports hosted blogs, WordPress/WooCommerce, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost, Blogger, HubSpot, webhooks, and configurable API endpoints. OAuth providers return to the same workspace automatically.
6. Measure growth
Connect Google Search Console for clicks, impressions, queries, pages, and rankings. Analytics also tracks article output and authority data when the relevant provider credentials are configured.
7. Backlink exchange
Eligible paid workspaces can enroll published pages in the non-reciprocal exchange. Credits equal domain rating, matching is relevance-aware, placements are verified automatically, and lost links are reported.
8. Billing and teams
Settings contains subscription management, credit packs, members, invitations, roles, and workspace switching. Viewers are read-only, editors manage content, and admins control workspace configuration.
9. AI assistants (MCP)
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code from Integrations → MCP to read and edit articles, review keywords and check AI visibility from your assistant. The full guide is at /docs/mcp; disconnect assistants in Settings → Security.
