Who writes the guides

Guides are published by rankpeak under the editorial responsibility of Benjamin, rankpeak’s founder. We use AI tools to research topics and draft guides. Benjamin reads and approves each guide before it goes live, and the guide then shows the date he reviewed it.

Where the facts come from

• Product facts come from each company’s own help center, documentation or pricing page, never from other reviews.
• Guides end with a sources list that links to the official pages we used, with the date we checked them.
• Search volumes and keyword difficulty come from the keyword data we show in rankpeak itself.
• When we can’t verify a fact, we leave it out.

Screenshots and images

• We capture screenshots ourselves from official public pages and show the source and the capture date under each one.
• Step-by-step screenshots come from our own accounts. We blur personal details and only add numbered markers.
• Banners and illustrations are made with ChatGPT image generation in rankpeak’s own style. They explain an idea and never stand in for a real screenshot.

Comparisons and our conflict of interest

rankpeak makes SEO software, so it competes with many of the tools we write about. We say so in each comparison, include rankpeak only where it fits the question, and describe every competitor from its own pages. We don’t use affiliate links in our guides, and no company pays to be included or ranked.

Keeping guides current

• We update a guide when a product, price or rule it covers changes, and re-check screenshots at least every 180 days.
• A guide’s “Updated” date changes only when its content does.

Corrections

If something in a guide is wrong or out of date, email hello@rankpeak.co with the page and what you found. We check every report against the official source and fix verified errors.
