White Label SEO Software in 2026: 7 Tools Compared by Price and Branding
White label SEO software lets an agency show SEO data to its clients under its own brand: your logo on the reports, your colours in the dashboard, sometimes your domain in the address bar and your email address as the sender. The client sees your agency, not the vendor behind it.
"White label" covers very different things from one tool to the next, though, and it is often not included in the cheapest plan. This guide compares seven tools by what you can actually brand and what it costs, using each vendor's own pages, read on 7 November 2026. None of them paid to be here, and rankpeak isn't one of them.
What white label means in SEO software
Check which of these a tool really offers before you compare prices:
A tool that only swaps the logo on a PDF is fine for a monthly report. If clients log in themselves, you need the custom domain and the branded login too.

Sources, all read on 7 November 2026: AgencyAnalytics pricing and white label, DashThis pricing, Whatagraph pricing, SE Ranking pricing and white label, Semrush pricing, Nightwatch pricing and reporting, and BrightLocal pricing. Reporting dashboards: AgencyAnalytics, DashThis and Whatagraph
AgencyAnalytics is built around client reporting and prices by client: its Core plan is $20 per client per month, billed yearly, with unlimited dashboards, staff and client users. Every client gets a white-labelled portal, and its white-label page describes your logo replacing theirs on the login screen and on every report cover. A branded domain and sending reports from your own email are "available on select plans". It offers a 14-day trial without a card.
DashThis includes white label on all four plans, which makes it the cheapest way to get a fully branded dashboard: it removes its own branding, lets you use your domain in the dashboard URL, and sends automated emails from your address. Plans are priced by dashboards rather than clients, from Individual at $44 a month billed yearly (3 dashboards) to Business at $279 (25 dashboards).
Whatagraph sits at the top of the market. Its Max plan starts at €699 a month billed yearly and includes white-label reports and unlimited users; a custom report domain isn't included on Max and is an add-on on the custom-priced Prime plan.
SEO suites with white-label add-ons: SE Ranking and Semrush
If you already run audits, keyword research and rank tracking in one suite, adding its white-label option is usually simpler than a separate reporting tool.
SE Ranking has the most complete white label of the suites. Its pricing page lists an Agency Pack add-on at €59 a month, annual billing only, covering white label for the platform and reporting and 30 client seats; its white-label page separately quotes an Agency Success Kit from $69 a month, so confirm the current offer. It covers your logo and colours, your own domain with SE Ranking references removed, read-only client seats, and branded PDF reports sent from your corporate email.
Semrush sells branding as a reporting add-on rather than a white-label platform. The Pro Report add-on, €19.18 a month on its pricing page, includes "branding and white-labeling", sharing by link and AI summaries, on top of a plan such as SEO at €112.52 a month billed yearly. Its pages don't mention a client portal or custom domain.
Rank trackers with branded reports: Nightwatch and BrightLocal
Nightwatch includes white-label reports from its Professional plan (€159 a month, 2,500 keywords tracked daily, 25 websites), but not on Starter. Its reporting page lists your logo, colours and a custom domain, with branded PDF or email reports sent weekly or monthly, and every plan has a 14-day trial without a card.
BrightLocal focuses on local SEO: rankings, listings and reviews per location. Its pricing page lists white-labelling to "customize all tools and reports with your branding" but doesn't show which plan includes it, so check before you subscribe. Plans start at $41 a month for one location, with a 14-day trial.
Software or a white label SEO program?
Searches for "white label SEO programs" usually mean something else: a provider that does the SEO work itself, such as content, links or audits, which you resell to clients under your brand. That is a service, not software. You are responsible for its quality in front of your clients, so vet it like any provider, and read our guide to backlink services before buying links on a client's behalf.
Steps to choose white label SEO software
What it costs for 10 clients
Using only the published prices above, before taxes, extra keywords or minimums: AgencyAnalytics Core comes to about $200 a month billed yearly (10 clients at $20). DashThis Professional, with 10 dashboards, is $139 a month billed yearly. SE Ranking Core plus the Agency Pack is €146.20 a month on annual billing. Nightwatch Professional covers 25 websites for €159 a month. Semrush's SEO plan plus the Pro Report add-on starts at €131.70 a month. The right choice depends less on these totals than on what your clients need to see.
Where rankpeak fits
rankpeak isn't a white-label reporting tool. It finds keywords a site can win, writes articles in the site's tone and publishes them on a schedule. Agencies that produce content for several client sites can use the Business plan, which the pricing page describes as for agencies, white-label partners and owners of many websites, with volume prices from 3 websites. Frequently asked questions
What is white label SEO software?
Software that lets an agency present SEO reports, dashboards or tools under its own brand, with its logo and colours and, in some tools, its own domain and email address, instead of the vendor's.
What is the cheapest white label SEO software?
Among the tools above, DashThis includes white label on every plan from $44 a month billed yearly, for 3 dashboards. Per client, AgencyAnalytics costs $20 a month billed yearly. Semrush's branding add-on is €19.18 a month, but it needs a Semrush plan.
Can clients tell which tool I use?
Not if the tool removes its branding and lets you use your own domain and sender address. DashThis, SE Ranking's add-on and Nightwatch's Professional plan say they do; with a logo-only option, clients may still see the vendor's name in a URL or email.
Is white label SEO software the same as a white label SEO program?
No. Software gives you branded reports and tools while you do the work. A white label SEO program is a service that does the SEO work for you, which you resell under your brand.
